Job Purpose

The Mortgage Specialist will drive the mortgage business in their territory, with key deliverables of mortgage volumes and documentation.

  • Responsible for delivering top line and bottom line of mortgage business in line with organisational needs.
  • Sales and customer acquisition; portfolio management; customer service; vendor management.
  • Acquire customers for property loans from open market, branch network, channel partner and builder relationship.
  • Build new relationships with builder community basis projects and expansion plans.

Develop strategic plans rolled out to business and built revenue streams with various product mix. Manage portfolio, customer acquisition, sales and customer retention.

Guide the customer towards applying for mortgage loan and explain product features in terms of ROI, processing fees, terms and conditions clearly.

Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) documents as per company guidelines. Ensure proper completion of files within timeline as per company checklist.

Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within timeline. Attend customer calls and properly attend to their requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Communicate reasons for rejection to customer.
