We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform, providing administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.\
  • Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.\
  • Provide task support to and coordinate with neutrals.\
  • Handle the neutral empanelment process.\
  • Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence.\
  • Locate and define process improvement opportunities.\
  • Collaborate and troubleshoot with other teams to solve challenges.\
  • Ideate and innovate to catalyze the revolution of dispute resolution in India and beyond.\
  • Assist in handling cases from inception to conclusion.\
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage disputes efficiently.\
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal expertise and guidance.\
  • Participate in training programs to enhance professional development.\
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and best practices dissemination within the team.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB graduate.\

  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word).\
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\
  • Good time management and organizational skills.\
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.\
  • Professional certification or specialization in relevant fields (e.g., arbitration, mediation).\\
