Reddit Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Reddit community engagement manager to lead our team in identifying and engaging with potential clients through targeted subreddits.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Reddit culture and adaptability to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subreddit Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research on relevant subreddits, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices to identify potential client opportunities.
  • Authentic Presence Building: Establish a strong, authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions that showcase your expertise and build trust with potential clients.
  • Clients Hunting: Identify pain points, questions, and demand signals using your knowledge of Reddit to find hidden gems and generate high-quality leads.
  • Oureach Strategies: Execute outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while complying with Reddit rules and guidelines, prioritizing authenticity and engagement over spam.
  • Lead Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report leads generated through Reddit activities, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales/marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation with a proven track record of success.
  • Reddit Culture Understanding: Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules with the ability to navigate complex community dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit and craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.
  • Clients Hunting Experience: Proven ability to drive results and meet targets in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Qualified Leads: Number of qualified leads generated from Reddit focusing on quality over quantity.
