Marketing and Specification Expert

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Specification Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and specification.


About the Role
  • Meet with architects and consultants to include product make and technical specifications in tender documents
  • Organize events at the experience center for positive engagement with PMC/architects
  • Follow up on project leads, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Presentation of design proposals to clients, consultants, and owners for business opportunities
  • Maintain direct relationships with key customers, consultants, owners, and decision-makers
  • Develop market potential of products, aligning with the business plan
  • Submit offers, follow up, and close orders
  • Promote new products and services, balancing ROI on products

The ideal candidate will have experience in specifications from the building materials industry and be able to identify new markets for products while developing existing ones.
