Job Title:

A Product Launch Specialist is needed to spearhead the successful introduction of innovative market-driven products by gathering insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developing and executing product launch plans, training sales forces, and implementing research strategies to enhance brand performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new product ideas from KOL interactions, prioritize these ideas, prepare business cases, analyze market and competitor data, and handle creative aspects like branding.
  • Ensure timely launches of products addressing unmet market needs.
  • Prepare product launch materials, coordinate meetings, train the sales force, and track initial product performance for 12 months to ensure effective marketing.
  • Gather market insights, identify key issues, and implement action plans to maintain optimal brand performance, including conducting research for brand positioning correction.
  • Interact with KOLs, conduct fieldwork to gather insights, update KOLs on product value, and collate evidence and reports to build strong relationships and drive growth.
  • Track product quantities and supply, share plan quantities with the Supply Chain Management team, and address shortages or excess promptly to ensure product availability.
  • Meet with Regional Sales Managers to collect feedback, gather campaign feedback, and develop region-specific strategies incorporating regional needs into the product plan and improving performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a science, pharma, or medical field, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or urology.
