Job Title: Product Specifications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Specifications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for specifying products to architects, builders, and project management consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting with architects and consultants to secure product specifications in tender documents.
  • Organizing events at our Experience Center to foster positive engagement with project managers and architects.
  • Following up on project leads to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Presenting design proposals to clients, consultants, and owners for business opportunities.
  • Maintaining direct relationships with key customers, consultants, owners, and decision-makers.
  • Developing market potential for our company in line with our business plan and collaborating with Regional Heads to follow up on actions taken.
  • Monitoring ongoing project sites.
  • Submitting offers, following up, and closing orders.
  • Promoting new products and services from various divisions, balancing ROI on products.
  • Planning tasks, maintaining reports, conducting weekly reviews of assigned work, and supporting sales in closing orders.

Requirements:

  • Over a decade of experience in marketing and specifying products.
