Oracle HCM Cloud Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the benefits module and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our SMEs to ensure all requirements and designs are aligned with industry standards, technical capabilities, and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles to optimize performance.
  • Support open enrollment and life event processing to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and troubleshoot complex formulas, extracts, and data loads to meet business intelligence needs.
  • Build and maintain BI publisher reports and OTBI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with support for efficient issue resolution.
  • Conduct thorough functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in benefits configuration and management.
  • Deep understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying complex extracts, PL/SQL, BI publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas.
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations to streamline workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster strong partnerships.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and methodologies to drive project success.
