Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Solution Manager consultant to work on the implementation and support of SAP Solution Manager for large global clients.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and documentation abilities. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently across time zones, and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, configure, and operate SAP Solution Manager implementations as an expert in SAP ALM
  • Manage SAP Solman Implementations from top to bottom, including change management, project planning, physical transports, and customization of key modules
  • Customize and operate key SAP Sol Man modules: Change Request Management, Change Control Management System, Change Transport System, Test Management, Solution Documentation, Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis, Business Process Monitoring
  • Present and interact with stakeholders, demonstrating a great attitude towards people, solutions, customers, and work

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in design, implementation, configuration, support, and upgrade in SAP Solution Manager (v7.1 and v7.2), especially ChaRM
  • Proficiency in all key SAP Solution Manager modules
  • Good knowledge of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Focused Solutions
  • Solid understanding of SAP implementations, ALM, SAP release, and Change management processes/best practices, SAP Activate, Agile Scrum, Dev Ops
  • Full Life Cycle experience, working with development teams to support SAP Transports including organization/bundling, dual maintenance/retrofit, and object conflict issue resolution
