Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day functioning of HR, admin, and office operations.

This role is responsible for managing various aspects of office administration, including recruitment, personnel files, attendance records, salary accounts, travel and mobile allowances, and employee grievances.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in computer operations and basic Excel, and possess fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews.
    • Manage recruitment processes, including issuance of offer letters.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and attendance records.
    • Support processing of salary accounts, travel and mobile allowances.
    • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Travel & Logistics:
    • Arrange travel tickets and reserve hotel accommodations.
    • Verify and certify travel bills.
  • Office & Vendor Coordination:
    • Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels.
    • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, vehicles, and other services.
    • Oversee office utilities and connections, including payments.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Manage correspondence: phone calls, emails, and courier/packages.
    • Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets.
    • Maintain organized office files and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer operations and basic Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with HR tools.
