Senior Corporate Lawyer

About this role:
We are seeking a talented and skilled professional to provide comprehensive legal support to our India and Nepal markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing core legal advisory, in-depth research, and analysis to drive business outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Supporting the management and administration of contracts.
- Simplifying and innovating legal services using technology.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with third parties.
Governance & Compliance:
- Supporting governance schedules and processes for key suppliers.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance activities for key suppliers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve current contract processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in Law.
- Contract negotiation skills from both a Legal and Procurement perspective.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- PQE of 1-3 years of experience practicing law in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Achieving results by influencing resource utilization.
You will be responsible for developing and managing stakeholder relationships within our organization and with key third parties.
We are looking for an individual who is willing to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries to achieve business objectives.
