Process Designer Position

Job Summary:

This role involves designing and implementing business processes that meet organizational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the application architect to create a process blueprint, establish requirements, and drive out application requirements and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the application architect to develop the process blueprint and define business process requirements.
  • Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
  • Educate stakeholders on the design to ensure a complete understanding of the processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Asset Servicing: Must Have Skillset
  • Requirements Analysis: Good To Have Skill
  • Solid understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-trade business analysis /functional user acceptance testing experience between 9-12 years.
  • Knowledge of Clearing, settlement, Corporate actions, Security lending and Borrowing, collateral management & Reference Data.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
  • Ability to conduct impact analysis, functional design & quality assurance - creating test scenarios, test cases, preparing test data & executing user acceptance test cases.
  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, ALM or HP Quality Centre.
