About the Role
  • You'll work alongside our Head of Implementation to tackle complex customer challenges and develop innovative software solutions that drive real results for customers.
  • This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, making it perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Founder-Level Collaboration: Work closely with our senior leaders to tackle the most complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.
  2. Customer-Driven Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  3. New Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  4. No-Code Solution Building: Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
  5. Innovation & Experimentation: Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customers.
Technical Requirements
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations.
  • CohesivAI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary CohesivAI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
