Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing solutions for one of our clients in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services using software engineering practices.
  • Apply broad range of skills, from user analysis to automated testing and deployment, to ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions.
  • Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues.
  • Understand client needs and represent them effectively.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues, participate in hiring processes, and contribute to engineering culture and internal communities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent focusing on code development and maintenance.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position focused on Core banking integration area in a development role.
  • Knowledge of Java and relevant Java tech stack.
  • Awareness of clean coding practices and test-driven development.
  • Experience with API-first design, modern architecture, event-driven systems, and Microservices.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams during solution delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
