Job Overview:

The Practices and Enablement Team cultivates a human-first environment that honors how individuals and teams optimally work, providing support for employee growth while transforming people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning and execution: plan activities needed to execute new processes and standards, including communication, ongoing support, and measurement of complex and strategic processes/focus areas.
  • Support roll-out, training, and support: manage planning and development of the training, roll-out plan, and communications to ensure success of the processes/focus areas, including communication, change management, support, and measurement of the change to contribute to transformational success.
  • Support requirements definition and documentation: plan and support requirements and standards definition for new processes, document and define requirements gathering approach, and translate stakeholder requirements into various deliverables.
  • Change management and enablement: serve as a change analyst when needed to help set teams up for success related to ways of working changes, drive adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Analysis and Insights: drive strategy, analysis, and understanding of current state and desired to-be state of a focus area/workstream, provide actionable insights, and practical recommendations on the problem to be solved and the impact and value of potential solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience with in one or more of the following areas: technology roles, business analyst, business system analyst, technical project management, process design and implementation, or related experience, including agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members and influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Organizational agility.
