We are seeking a seasoned Site Acquisition Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

This exciting role involves identifying and evaluating potential locations for retail stores and dark stores within the target city.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Site Selection: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sites that align with business objectives, including visibility, accessibility, and customer reach.
  • Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end management of Leave & License and Lease Agreements for selected commercial properties.
  • Network Development: Establish strong relationships with commercial property consultants and brokers in target areas.
  • Opportunity Identification: Leverage local expertise to identify on- and off-market opportunities for high-potential properties.
  • Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, builders, and developers to secure favorable terms.
