Job Title: Leadership Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in broking, exchange, or financial institution operations, with a proven expertise in audit procedures.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and apply professional audit principles, policies, and procedures to regular audits of members and internal departments.

Key responsibilities include conducting onsite inspections of members and joint inspections with regulatory bodies. Additionally, the successful candidate will create compliance awareness amongst members by sharing mandatory compliance requirements with best practices.

Audit reports and checklists must be prepared and verified, and data submitted to the relevant authorities post-inspection.

The successful candidate will also visit and inspect Authorized Persons of Members.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant (CMA) qualification is essential.
  • Excellent written communication, attention to detail, analytical, and investigating skills are required.
  • Strong time management and result orientation, process adherence, and orientation skills are necessary.
