Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Performance Optimization Specialist. If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test plans using Apache JMeter, writing and maintaining custom scripts for performance testing scenarios, analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, and working with development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using JMeter.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
