  • Promoting a positive work culture and delivering high-quality service on time. Resolve issues and report incidents to your manager.
  • Ensuring client retention through passionate commitment to delivering quality service to both clients and employees.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team and demonstrating initiative when working independently. Maintain honesty and integrity, fostering a supportive culture.
  • Engaging diverse stakeholders with excellent communication skills, including those within your work area and among various partners.
  • Following all rules and regulations outlined in the client handbook to meet service deliverables, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Displaying self-motivation and using personal initiative responsibly. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure, showcasing resilience and adaptability.
  • Managing vendor rotations and planning operations for assigned clients.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience, with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Availability for a 6-day workweek, with willingness to travel as needed.
