Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage our programs from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives and action plans.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and project execution teams to drive timelines and actionable outcomes at the individual project level.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and monitoring program KPIs, including project execution status, financial metrics, and operational metrics like ROI, resource management, productivity, client feedback, etc.

You will create BI dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet/PowerBI/Tableau) to facilitate visual program monitoring and reporting.

In addition, you will perform routine program validation to ensure projects are on track and maintain periodic governance cadence with stakeholders to report on program performance.

You will also produce presentation material, meeting minutes, and action item follow-ups.

As a senior operations manager, you will evolve best practices for program success and remain agile to lead ad-hoc responsibility areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Project Management certification is an added advantage
