Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the development and implementation of site-wide transformation programs, ensuring operational effectiveness and scalability. This role involves strategic planning, governance leadership support, management communication, vendor management, budget financial oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and track site-wide transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
  • Organize and oversee site leadership forums to ensure structured governance and decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate seamless communication with global senior leadership.
  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on the site budget to ensure financial discipline and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to align initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support the India site leadership in strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of GCC operations and global business environments. You should also have expertise in process optimization and project management methodologies, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Additionally, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of GCC operations and global business environments.
  • Expertise in process optimization and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a results-driven mindset.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
