HireGenie is seeking a Graduate / Semi Qualified CA for an accounting specialist designation who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining management information systems reports and other finance operations.

The successful candidate will manage and maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, general ledger entries), handle receipts, billing and vendor payments, and reconcile transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading charitable trust that propagates education centers, food donation, and religious practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Maintain management information systems reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Handle receipts, billing, and vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or semi-qualified CA degree.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
