Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele Counsellor. As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via telephone
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
