The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing therapeutic support, guidance, and interventions to individuals across different age groups. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a community-focused setting and is eager to make a meaningful impact on individuals' mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Offer support for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns using evidence-based counselling approaches.
  • Conduct psychological assessments to understand client needs and create personalized counselling plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Guide clients and their families on coping strategies, stress management, and mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with healthcare standards.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of counselling experience in clinical, educational, or community settings.
  • Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to build trusting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in various counselling and therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based interventions).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations.
  • Ability to design and conduct workshops, group sessions, or psychoeducational programs.
