Job Title:
Telecalling/telesales Role

Job Description:
As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to students to brief them about Frankfinn courses. Based on their interest, you will ask them to attend free career counselling sessions in Frankfinn institutes. You will also follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English are mandatory. You should also be able to communicate in Hindi. Prior experience in outbound tele calling and tele sales lead generation is preferable.

Benefits:
This is a full-time role with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are fixed off days. The ideal candidate should have a minimum education of graduate or undergraduate degree. They should also be between 18 and 34 years of age and have good communication skills.
