**Aviation Sales Career Opportunity**
The role of a Sales Associate involves promoting and selling aviation courses to potential customers. This entails making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting students into enrolled students for the aviation programs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with students through effective communication to understand their interests and needs.
- Brief students about various courses offered by Frankfinn and their potential career benefits.
- Invite students to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.
- Follow up with students in a timely manner to discuss their interests and address any concerns.
- Generate leads and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admissions process.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 0-5 years experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate or Undergraduate).
- Age range: 18-30 years.
- Gender: Male or Female.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong persuasion and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
