**Aviation Sales Career Opportunity**

The role of a Sales Associate involves promoting and selling aviation courses to potential customers. This entails making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting students into enrolled students for the aviation programs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with students through effective communication to understand their interests and needs.
  • Brief students about various courses offered by Frankfinn and their potential career benefits.
  • Invite students to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.
  • Follow up with students in a timely manner to discuss their interests and address any concerns.
  • Generate leads and contribute to achieving team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admissions process.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 0-5 years experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate or Undergraduate).
  • Age range: 18-30 years.
  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
