Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales - Team Leader, located in Gurugram. The Tele Sales - Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of tele sales representatives, ensuring effective communication, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Daily tasks include monitoring team activities, coaching team members, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Solid Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
