Job Title: Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team at Freelancer Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend technology stack and ensuring that our software solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our backend technology stack using Python, Go, and frameworks such as Django and Gin.
  • Design and implement system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software.
  • Mentor and coach team members on technical tasks and communicate effectively with all stakeholders in product development.
  • Have ownership of setting up frameworks and boilerplates for engineers to start working on features.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
  • Experience with Service Mesh (Istio), Service discovery (Consul) is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer for backend development in new product development.
  • Extensive experience in software development lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
