Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at BYTESPRINT TALENT SEARCH LLP. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our back-end applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of back-end applications using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, with at least one year in a team leader role.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
  • Expertise in back-end application design, software development, and automated testing.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think abstractly and strategically.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business capabilities through innovative back-end solutions.
  • High energy and enthusiasm for learning new technologies quickly.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Data-Centric Application Design, Event-Driven Systems, and tools like Kafka and Stream Processing Systems.
  • Experience with database systems such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of firewalls, networking, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
