Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to guarantee the quality and reliability of our OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform rigorous functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Identify and document defects, collaborating with technical and functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to industry-standard quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are mandatory for success in this role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automation testing using Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of OTM/TMS modules and logistics processes would be advantageous but not required.
