The Role: Execution Lead

As the right hand of the Founder across both companies — handle sales calls, client onboarding, urgent hiring needs, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales, pitch calls, and close new business
  • Source, interview, and onboard top candidates for roles
  • Manage client accounts for flawless and fast delivery
  • Coordinate with teams to keep projects on track
  • Solve problems before they escalate

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years experience in at least two of these: sales, hiring/recruitment, account management, operations
  • Proven track record of delivering results under extreme deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Zero ego, thrives in high-pressure environments
  • Available to work flexible hours
