Legal Manager Role

The role of a Legal Manager is a critical one in any organization, as they are responsible for ensuring that the company's legal affairs are in order.

This includes managing trademark and IP matters, which can be complex and time-consuming. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Trademark journals opposition, Affidavits u/s 45, trademark search, registration procedure, data management, and more.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Mark and IP is required.
  • Excellent drafting and oral communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, with a proven track record of attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications: A law graduate from a recognized University is a must.

As a Legal Manager, you will be working on various projects, including:
