Job Description

Are you an expert in Oracle SOA and EBS integrations? We seek a seasoned Freelance Technical Consultant to support integration needs across various modules, leveraging strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Oracle SOA Suite Integrations
  • Implement synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform thorough testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits.
  • Develop interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity during migration activities.
  • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.
  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
  • Experience with cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems).
