Job Overview

This is a highly specialized role that involves New Business Development, Business Retention & Growth in the Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the contract logistics domain and be able to work closely with the operations team to drive business growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in RFQs, new enquiries, and understanding client requirements to design appropriate solutions.
  • Analyzing yard, in-plant, and warehousing industry product flow processes, manpower productivity, and calculating via time motion studies to develop effective solutions.
  • Preparing process flow, resource mapping, and manpower allocation plans.
  • Deriving OPEX and CAPEX for projects.
  • Coordinating with the project implementation team and supporting smooth implementation.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as research and strategic analytical skills. They will also be detail-oriented and have high competency in working with Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in contract logistics.
  • Good understanding of in-plant, yard operations, and warehousing business in multiple industries.
  • Strong research and strategic analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and work on solutions.
  • Market/business intelligence.
