Logistics Business Development Representative
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Business Development Representative to join our team. As a global outsourcing and virtual assistance provider, we partner with businesses worldwide to deliver reliable customer support, lead generation, and logistics coordination.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
- Present and promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Accurately document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
