Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the successful operation of our insurance branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Management: Lead and manage branch sales teams to achieve targeted revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Channel Development: Develop and execute plans to expand agency channel capabilities, enhance broker relationships, and optimize direct sales efforts.
  • Product Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of general insurance and health insurance sales, including meeting business targets and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Alternate Channel Management: Strategically manage alternate channels such as field sales and direct sales teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Customer Retention and Acquisition: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, retain existing customers, and acquire new ones through exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
