Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of eLearning courses.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to remain consistent and committed to tasks assigned and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the quality of audio production and ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Check that visuals are formatted properly and conform to the approved storyboard.
  • Ensure interactivities function as described in the storyboard and provide feedback to learners.
  • Test the course in various browsers and confirm that all player menu items function as desired.
  • Perform LMS testing to ensure course uploads without errors and displays correctly in the learner's account.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proof reading skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain data confidentiality and security
  • Experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis
