We are Hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our online operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, coordinating with various platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify etc..

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Assist in uploading and updating product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Order Processing: Supported end-to-end fulfillment, ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered to customers on time and accurately.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, ticket raising, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Data Handling: Data Handling through proficiency in MS Excel(VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, PIVOTAL).
• Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, product listings, and order processing is vital for a smooth operation and positive customer experience.
• Daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports: To ensure efficient stock management and smooth fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
