Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies to drive project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate project details effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized individual with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working within virtual teams, managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, demonstrating expertise in project management principles.
  • PMP certification, indicating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
