Job Opportunity: Technical Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include visiting customer locations, performing maintenance and repair work on mosquito traps, and assisting customers with technical inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations as needed
  • Experience in maintenance or technical support roles is beneficial

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field preferred
