QA Tester Job Description">

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The successful candidate will focus on functional and regression testing across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications to identify and report defects.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements to ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Validate bug fixes and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner to prevent delays.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable and efficient.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless communication.
  • Report defects clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines and ensure project goals are met.

  • Defect Detection Rate: 95% or higher of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect Leakage: 5% or lower of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: 90% or higher of functional requirements validated per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: 90% or higher of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases to ensure effective testing.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.
