Lead AI/ML Strategist

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for AI/ML adoption across the global real estate portfolio.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design and deploy analytical tools to enhance decision-making related to real estate transactions, space utilization, energy consumption, and facilities management.
  • Manage data quality by overseeing the collection, cleansing, and governance of diverse real estate data sets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, Project Management, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Current enrollment in an MBA or Master's degree program with a completion date between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Willingness to travel and work from a designated hub.
