Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Project Manager and Team Lead to spearhead the development, deployment, and optimization of large-scale AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of AI solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale AI/ML projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Leadership: Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in delivering complex AI/ML projects.
