Senior AI/ML Engineer - Data Science Leader

Overview

As a seasoned AI/ML engineer, you will lead the development of robust machine learning systems and drive innovation in data science. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of AI/ML engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to implement end-to-end data science processes.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Optimize code for performance improvements and ensure adherence to security best practices.
  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams to deliver timely and efficient AI/ML projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in AI/ML, NLP, and Computer Vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, including advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
