Sales Engineer Professional

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Hire Xpert. The successful candidate will possess fundamental knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries and be responsible for answering client queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new products and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, understanding client requirements and converting leads into sales.
- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Sales Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies, handle B2B sales, marketing, and implementation within the organization.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Business Development and Client Liaison: Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with existing clients, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Industry Events and Representation: Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, representing Hire Xpert and promoting our products and services.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) is a minimum requirement.
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in technical sales.
- Skills:
- Strong Presentation and Data Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create engaging presentations and analyze data.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and listen to client feedback.
- Negotiation and Influence: Ability to negotiate with and influence others, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Teamwork: Strong teamworking skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
