Procurement Manager

Skill up with our procurement team as a Procurement Manager. You will work closely with leaders to understand software needs and find the best solutions.

This role involves researching, sourcing, negotiating, and procuring software products. Your negotiation skills and ability to analyze data will help you ensure that all purchased software meets company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Rigorously research and evaluate software products to meet business requirements.
  2. Negotiate terms and conditions for software purchases to deliver maximum value.
  3. Organize all procurement activities relating from Purchase Request to Purchase Order (PR to PO) in ERP systems.
  4. Manage post-PO tasks and track renewals of software subscriptions.
  5. Verify compliance of purchased software products with company standards.
  6. Coordinate delivery, installation, and maintenance of software products.
  7. Keep accurate records of software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
  8. Monitor software usage and suggest optimization strategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in software products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in software procurement.
  • Familiarity with software licensing and contract management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
