Cloud Service Contract Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Service Contract Management professional to lead the delivery of world-class solutions that drive performance and growth for our clients.

About This Role:
  • Minimum 8 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
  • Strong expertise in managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
