Cloud Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented individuals and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to cloud operations teams.
  • Help implement the cloud operations team's goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth operation of cloud-based products.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills;
  • Scripting using – Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc;
  • Kubernetes, helm Charts;
  • Terraform, Ansible;
  • Windows Terminal Services, AD, LDAP;
  • Change, Problem & Incident Management;
  • Implementation awareness of Vulnerability/Penetration Testing, Security;
  • Tools and frameworks used for monitoring, performance management, logging;
  • CI/CD pipeline;
  • SRE – Including Datadog;

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing, managing, maintaining, and decommissioning complex cloud-based information system components in a secure and controlled manner.
  • Must be experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams such as support, escalation, and engineering software teams to address product issues successfully.
  • Strong understanding of how to build, scale, and manage complex multi-product/service environments.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or any other related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate project/program mission and objectives.
