Cloud Solutions Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, deploy and manage cloud-based systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and other services.
  • Develop scalable and secure cloud-based systems on AWS.
  • Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch, IAM and other AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cloud adoption and migration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features.

Requirements:

  • 9-11 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other serverless services.
  • Proficiency in Amazon OpenSearch, with working knowledge of Solr and Elasticsearch query languages and indexing strategies.
  • Experience with API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM and other AWS services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, X Ray or third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and search optimization.
