As a seasoned Water Purifier Launch Expert, you will be responsible for leading the launch of multiple water purifier products. Your expertise in program management will help drive cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. You must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, knowledge of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers or home appliances, is essential.

A deep understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) principles, validation testing, and regulatory certifications such as ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc., is also required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead NPI projects, own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams.
  • Product Development & Validation: Ensure DFMA and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage, oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing.
  • Operational Readiness: Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine NPI processes, track post-launch performance, and drive iterative improvements.
