Performance Marketer

About the Role:

We seek an experienced marketer with expertise in Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads for Small and Medium Businesses in North America.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
  1. Strategically launch, test, optimize, and scale Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to drive real leads and revenue.
SMB Targeting:
  1. Identify and target local and regional SMBs in the USA to maximize campaign performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  1. Use a test-and-scale approach to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale winning campaigns.
Campaign Optimization:
  1. Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Reporting and Insights:
  1. Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and more.
Performance Ownership:
  1. Take ownership of campaign performance and be responsible for hitting lead and sales KPIs.
Team Collaboration:
  1. Coordinate with internal sales/marketing teams on alignment and landing page optimization to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
